Janice Bacuetes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent partnerships, customer experience, and operations across several companies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Partnerships at Etsy since November 2020, Janice previously held key roles at Bravely as Chief of Staff and Head of Operations, where Bravely provided innovative employee benefits for workplace health. Janice has also contributed to enhancing customer experiences at Cora. as a Customer Experience Consultant and managed the founding and growth of the Client Experience department at Managed by Q as Sr. Director. With a background at Rent The Runway as Director of Customer Insights and various sales-focused positions at Buddy Media, Clover, and Yelp.com, Janice has demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams and drive performance.
