Jenn Clevenger

Jenn Clevenger is an accomplished technology leader with a comprehensive background in engineering and data solutions. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Etsy since September 2015, Jenn oversees the Data Engineering organization, managing six teams responsible for collecting and storing 90% of Etsy's data. Previous roles at Etsy include Senior Director of Engineering, where Jenn expanded the Data Engineering team during a period of significant growth in machine learning demand, and Senior Engineering Manager, Data, focusing on compliance with new SOX requirements. Prior to Etsy, Jenn was the Global Technical Project Lead at MetLife, leading the consolidation of security technology across multiple countries, and worked at PwC as a Manager in Forensic Technology Solutions, helping clients navigate regulatory challenges. Jenn began a career at Morgan Stanley as a Software Developer and Derivatives Trader, specializing in trading software. Jenn holds a Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
