Mike Adler

Mike Adler is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in system architecture and software engineering. Currently serving as Principal Systems Architect at Etsy since August 2015, Mike has held various key roles, including Senior Staff Systems Architect and Staff Software Engineer. Prior experience includes a tenure at The Huffington Post from July 2012 to July 2015 as Principal Systems Engineer, where Mike architected solutions for one of the largest news sites in the US and significantly reduced downtime. At WFMU from November 2010 to July 2012, Mike served as Director of Technology, designing a highly available audio streaming platform and leading development of freemusicarchive.org. Earlier career contributions were made at Innovative Computer Solutions from November 2001 to November 2010 as Software Engineer, where Mike developed a leading point-of-sale system, managed extensive database installations, and implemented automated deployment systems.
