Sara Turner

Sara Turner is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in retention marketing and customer relationship management. Currently serving as the Retention Marketing Manager at Etsy since November 2023, Sara previously held the role of Director of CRM at Outside from August 2021 to May 2023, where significant achievements included the consolidation of multiple ESPs into Hubspot and the creation of personalized member communications. Before that, Sara acted as Digital Marketing Director at Entrework Marketing, successfully leading campaigns for startups and nonprofits.
