Ossi Likander

Ossi Likander serves as a Team Manager for the embedded hardware team at Etteplan, a position held since May 2014, where responsibilities include managing resource allocation for internal projects and conducting functional tests for variable speed drives. Ossi also oversees project management for embedded hardware and software initiatives, including a significant equipment management database renewal project and R&D laboratory planning, managing an annual budget exceeding 500 kEUR. Prior experience includes working at ABB from May 2010 to May 2014 as a Thesis Worker and trainee, focusing on power consumption measurement methods and testing verification. Ossi holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Aalto University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business at the same institution.
