Ron Hadar

Ron Hadar has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ron is the founder and CEO of Ettorney, a market-leading online legal services company in Israel. With Ettorney, they pioneered the first online company incorporation platform in Israel, providing business owners with an easy, seamless, and affordable process.

Additionally, Ron has mentored at The Zell Entrepreneurship Program at Reichman University, where they guided students in developing their business ventures from concept to launch. Ron also served as a mentor at Tel Aviv University's Entrepreneurship Center, offering students the opportunity to study entrepreneurship courses and develop market-driven solutions.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Ron worked as the VP of Business Development at iAngels, a leading venture capital firm in Tel Aviv. Ron conducted due diligence, evaluated companies' investment rounds, raised capital for startups, and sold portfolio products to investors worldwide.

Ron also co-founded and served as CEO of Creativos, an innovative media company providing advertising and sales promotion solutions to clients in the restaurant and bar industry. Ron has also worked as a Junior Associate at Shenhav & Co. Advocates & Notary, one of Israel's prominent law firms specialized in venture capital, M&A, strategic transactions, and taxation.

Furthermore, Ron has experience as a Teaching Assistant at Tel Aviv University, assisting Dr. Ayal Shenhav in their course on "Legal Aspects in High-Tech Companies." Ron has also founded and led VIP Dining, a venture that aimed to enhance the dining experience.

Lastly, Ron's early work experience includes being the Co-Founder and CEO of GH MENU Ltd (Menus), an innovative media company serving clients in the food and beverage market. Ron has also served as a Business Mentor at IDC Herzliya.

Ron Hadar attended Reichman University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained two degrees, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BA) and a Bachelor of Law (LLB). Ron also completed their high school education at Shimon Ben Zvi in Givatayim from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their degrees, Ron Hadar received a certification as an Attorney at Law from the Israel Bar Association in May 2013.
