Sinead O'Sullivan

Sinead O'Sullivan is the current Human Resources Manager at EmpowerTheUser, a cloud company that is changing the global Talent Management landscape. Sinead has been with the company since November of 2018 and in their current role, they are responsible for the HR strategy, recruitment strategy, creation of employee handbooks, establishment of benefits, and payroll administration.

Prior to their current role, they were the HR and Recruitment Manager at EmpowerTheUser for six months. In that role, they were responsible for managing the staff in Dublin and New York, as well as the company's client list which included top financial institutions. During their time in that role, they also created the Irish and US Employee Handbooks, established benefits, and managed payroll administration.

Sinead O'Sullivan is a highly-skilled Human Resources professional with experience in both Ireland and the United States. Sinead is passionate about their work and takes pride in their ability to help others.

Sinead O'Sullivan has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Strategy from Acacia Learning, a Bachelor of Social Science in Social Policy and Sociology from University College Dublin, and a Certificate in Recruitment Practice from the National Recruitment Federation. Sinead also has a Diploma in Management from Technological University Dublin and a Master's degree in Human Resources Reward Management from CIPD Qualifications. Sinead is also a certified Chief Learning Officer and member of the National Recruitment Federation.
