Arne Tonsen

Arne Tonsen is Vice President and Underwriting Counsel, based in Frankfurt, Germany and underwrites deals for clients across Germany and Europe. Before joining the team, Arne worked as an associate at law firms Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions with a focus on private equity transactions and on corporate law. He graduated from Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and trained at international law firms, including in Hong Kong, New York and Sydney.
