Victor Cervantes Jr. is a seasoned theater professional with extensive experience in production, education, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Core Teaching Faculty at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center since November 2016, Victor is also the Founder and CEO of La Mission Project, a social impact production company with notable clients including Waterwell Productions and Northwestern University. Recent roles include Associate Producer of New Work and Innovation & Strategy at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and Line Producer at Ars Nova. Victor has held various positions in education and theater, including English Faculty at Brophy College Preparatory, Education Associate at MCC Theater, and Associate Producer at Rattlestick Playwright Theater. A graduate of New York University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama, Victor has demonstrated a commitment to accessibility and innovation in theatrical production.
