Gregory Borgerding Ed.d.

Gregory Borgerding Ed.D. serves as the Director of Secondary Education for EUGENE SD 4J, overseeing programs and support services for grades 9-12 with an emphasis on instructional leadership and systems alignment. Borgerding has a rich background in education, having held significant roles such as Principal at Churchill High School and Spencer Butte Middle School in the Eugene 4J School District, and Principal at Glacier Middle School in the White River School District. Additionally, Borgerding has contributed to educational leadership as Past President of the Oregon Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development and as an AVID Staff Developer since 2015. Borgerding holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Seattle University and multiple degrees focused on education and administration, underscoring a commitment to professional growth and advocacy for instructional leadership.
