Ed Penn has extensive experience in cyber security, currently serving as the Cyber Security Supervisor at Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) since December 2007. Prior to this role, Ed held the position of Senior Security Specialist at EWEB. Ed's career in IT security began at Oregon Community Credit Union as an IT Security Administrator from March 1995 to December 2007. Ed holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Science from Lane Community College, earned between 1990 and 1993.
