Ray Salgado

Ray Salgado, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and business analysis across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Eugene Water & Electric Board since June 2015, Ray previously held the role of Project Manager for Web & Enterprise Applications at PacificSource Health Plans from September 2011 to May 2015. Early career experience includes roles at Symantec as a Technical Support Engineer and at Beckman Coulter in multiple capacities, including Business Relationship Manager, IT Group Manager, Manager of Application Services, IT Site Supervisor, and Senior Computer Specialist. Ray's engineering background includes a role as an Engineer at McDonnell Douglas from 1987 to 1996. Ray holds an engineering degree from DeVry and is pursuing a Project Management Certificate at Portland State University.
