Vikas Shukla

Vikas Shukla is a Product Support Engineer at Euler Motors since March 2022, responsible for managing vehicle complaints, data allocation, and conducting root cause analysis for critical breakdowns. Previously, Vikas served as a Customer Support Engineer at Cummins India for over 2.8 years, gaining experience in field service for various applications and customers. Vikas has held positions including Vehicle Representative at the Central School of Motor Transport, Engineering Student with the Mahindra Group and Audi India, and Internship Trainee at the Central Workshop and Store Tekanpur. Vikas holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, obtained in 2019.
