Carlos Vicente has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Carlos started their career as an Analyst/Programmer at IPMA-Instituto Português do Mar e Atmosfera / IPIMAR in 2002. Carlos was responsible for the analysis and development of pre-processing components and scheduling and redundancy system for the Land Surface Analysis for Satellite Application Facility (LSA SAF) project.
