Sandra Vicente

Sandra Vicente has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Sandra is currently working as a Project Controller at EUMETSAT since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Moxy Hotels from March 2019 to May 2022. During their time at Moxy Hotels, they held multiple roles including F&B Crew Leader, F&B Supervisor, and Crewmember, showcasing their ability to take on different responsibilities within the food and beverage department.

Before their time at Moxy Hotels, Sandra worked at ELIS - SPAST, SA, where they gained valuable experience in inventory, supply, and logistics management. Sandra served as an Inventory, Supply, and Logistics Manager from an unknown start date to March 2016. Their responsibilities in this role included stock/inventory management, budget management, supplier management and negotiation, purchase and invoice control using the ELIS ERP system, and preparation of financial documents using MS Excel and Access Database.

Prior to their role as a manager, Sandra worked as a Supply and Logistics Management Assistant at ELIS - SPAST, SA from an unknown start date to 2006. In this role, they provided support for supply and logistics management, including the development of a procedures manual on contracts management and supplies ordering, as well as control of stock management and consumption ratios.

At the beginning of their career, Sandra worked as a Local Client Manager at ELIS - SPAST, SA from June 2003 to March 2004. In this role, they were responsible for client service management, contract maintenance and evolution, and managing a team of five people to ensure client needs were met.

Throughout their work experience, Sandra has demonstrated their ability to take on different roles, manage teams, and handle various tasks relating to inventory, supply, logistics, and client service management.

Sandra Vicente attended ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Licenciatura degree in Organização e Gestão de Empresas. In addition, they have also earned a certification in Miro for UX: Brainstorming and Collaboration from LinkedIn in November 2022.
