Danny Kappen

Danny Kappen currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Euramax, starting in August 2023. Previously, Danny Kappen held the position of Director of Operations at H2 Equity Partners from February 2021 to September 2023, contributing to one of Western Europe's leading investment firms specializing in mid-sized companies. Prior experience includes a Senior Director role at Simon-Kucher & Partners and various positions at the firm, emphasizing top-line growth strategies. Additionally, Danny Kappen acted as Chairman of the alumni association Bekader from June 2013 to July 2020 and worked as a Junior Research Scientist at TNO, providing innovation policy advice. Danny's early career involved coaching students at the University of Twente and an internship focused on enhancing innovation capacity in electric motors. Academic credentials include a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Twente and completion of the Management Acceleration Programme at INSEAD in 2018.
