Roque Peralta

Roque Peralta has a diverse and extensive work experience. Roque started their career in 2005 as a Software System Administrator for Fundación Banco Central de Sangre, where they developed software from scratch and implemented it incrementally.

In 2006, they co-founded Maectys, a software factory, where they served as the Director IT, Project Leader, and Co-Founder. Roque was responsible for software design and development, project management, business development, and human resources. Roque successfully built a development team and optimized processes, leading to cost savings and improved customer satisfaction.

From 2008 to 2010, Roque was the Director IT at Estudio Concepto Creativo S.A., a digital marketing agency. Roque was involved in software design and development, IT infrastructure, project management, and leading the development team. In 2009, Roque co-founded alaMaula.com, a classifieds sites network in Latin America.
