Diego de Notaris

Diego de Notaris is an accomplished team leader and expert in international trade, regulatory audits, and digitalization with extensive experience across various organizations, including CESO Development Consultants and the World Bank. Currently leading the EU4Business Palestine project, Diego has played significant roles in multiple initiatives, such as developing Trade in Services strategies in Mozambique and supporting regulatory audits for the African Continental Free Trade Area. With a strong educational background, including LL.M. degrees in EU Business Law and International Law from the University of Amsterdam and Università degli Studi di Salerno, Diego has consistently contributed to enhancing trade policies and capacity-building efforts in Africa and beyond.
