Domas Šlepetys

Domas Šlepetys is an accomplished Scrum Master with extensive experience in fostering Agile practices and promoting collaboration across organizations. Currently at EUROAPOTHECA, UAB since March 2021, Domas continuously improves working methodologies for multiple Scrum teams, coaches team members, removes impediments, and enhances delivery processes. Prior to this role, Domas served as a Scrum Master at SEB Global Services, where responsibilities included supporting Agile practices in the Finance and Risk department and overseeing program planning and delivery. Domas has a solid project management background, having previously managed feature implementations for loyalty and fleet card systems and modernizing solutions for major retailers in Finland and Poland. Domas began a career in technology with roles at LUKoil Technology Services Baltics, focusing on software development and maintenance. Educationally, Domas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Šiauliu Universitetas.
