Stavros Moschos has a background in food safety and quality control, with experience working in various roles in the food industry. Currently serving as a Food Safety Management Systems Lead Auditor at EUROCERT, Stavros previously worked as a Quality Control Inspector at E.J. PAPADOPOULOS SA and as a Quality Control Microbiologist at DELTA FOODS SA. In addition, Stavros has also served in the Greek Army and gained research experience as a Research Assistant Intern at INAB - Institute of Applied Biosciences. Stavros is currently pursuing a PhD in Food Safety Culture at the University of Patras, building on their Integrated Master's degree in Agriculture with a specialization in Food Science and Technology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
