Bernard Frenay

Bernard Frenay is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Chief Financial and Administration Officer at Euroclear since December 2009, where Bernard is also a member of the Management Committee. Prior to Euroclear, Bernard held various positions at Fortis from May 2000 to December 2009, including Deputy CFO and Head of Consolidation and Accounting. Bernard's earlier experience includes a role as ALM Manager at Fortis Bank from 1998 to 2000. Bernard holds a Master's degree in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Ichec Brussels Management School, as well as coursework from Collège Jean XXIII and Collège St Hubert.
