Rosalba Pantoja

Rosalba Pantoja, MBA has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Rosalba is currently the Executive Director of International Operations at Eurofarma since 2018. Prior to this, they co-founded EWA - Empowering Women to Achieve in 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Corporate Director of Quality Systems at GRUPO NC.

From 2012 to 2017, Rosalba held the position of Director of Quality Assurance & Quality Control at Eurofarma, where they were responsible for implementing and integrating a quality system across manufacturing sites in Brazil and Latin America.

Before joining Eurofarma, Rosalba worked at Merck as the Quality Operations Manager from 2008 to 2012 and as a Quality Manager from 2008 to 2011. At Merck KGaA, they served as a Quality Manager from 2002 to 2008.

Rosalba began their career as the Quality Control Head at sanofi-aventis from 1998 to 2002. Throughout their career, Rosalba has demonstrated their expertise in quality assurance, quality control, and process improvement.

Rosalba Pantoja, MBA has a diverse education history. In 1994, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Universidad del Atlántico. Following that, in 2000, they obtained a post-graduate degree in Quality and Productivity Administration from Universidad del Valle. In 2009, they earned a Diploma in PNL (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Emotional Intelligence from Universidad de La Sabana. Rosalba then furthered their education by attending Vanderbilt University in 2015, where they focused on Innovation & Strategy. Finally, in 2016, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração, specializing in International Executive MBA (Turma 46).
