Bart van Hoorn

Bart van Hoorn is an experienced professional in the lubricants and chemicals industry, currently serving as the Head of Technology & Innovation at Eurol since April 2015, where leadership encompasses Innovation, Technical Services, and the Specialty core team with a focus on sustainability. Previously, Bart held various roles at Eurol, including Business Manager and Project Leader for Specialty Lubricants, contributing to the establishment of a competitive international startup. Prior experience includes positions at Interflon as Director of R&D/Innovation, VARO Energy as Operations/Technical Service Manager, and Kuwait Petroleum with multiple managerial roles in industrial lubricants. Bart's career began at Unilever in R&D and included a formative internship at Shell. Bart holds an engineering degree in chemistry from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
