Stavroula Kroustalli

Stavroula Kroustalli serves as the Product Owner for Online Services at Euronet Merchant Services Greece (epay) since March 2022, focusing on the strategic development of payment and card acceptance solutions for merchants. Previously, Stavroula held various roles at Piraeus Bank from May 2007 to February 2022, culminating as Senior Manager responsible for an e-commerce payment gateway team. Additional roles included Assistant Manager, Senior Officer, Officer, and Employee, each contributing to the development, support, and optimization of Piraeus Bank’s e-commerce capabilities. Earlier experience at Info Quest Technologies as a Software Engineer involved developing web applications and CRM systems. Stavroula holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Informatics and Telecommunications from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
