Caroline VILLECHIEN

Caroline VILLECHIEN has a vast work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Caroline started their career at MARIE - Groupe LDC in 2002 as a Raw Materials Development Projects Manager. Caroline then joined Europe Snacks in the same year, where they held various positions in research and development. Caroline served as an R&D Projects Manager from December 2002 to 2006, followed by a role as R&D Manager from 2006 to 2012. From 2012 to 2019, Caroline worked as an R&D & Innovation Manager at Europe Snacks, and their most recent position at the company is Innovation Director, which they assumed in 2019.

Caroline Villechien obtained a degree in Agri-Food Engineering, specializing in Quality and Innovation in Food Sciences, from the Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs des Techniques des Industries agricoles et alimentaires. Caroline attended the school from 1999 to 2002. In April 2019, Caroline also obtained a certification in Conflict Management Skills from LinkedIn.
