Nicole Kaijser

Nicole Kaijser has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Nicole'smost recent position is at the European Association for International Education (EAIE), where they have worked since 2012. In their current role as Team Lead, Learning & Programme, Nicole is responsible for designing digital and in-person learning programs for the association. Nicole specializes in innovative instructional design and networking strategies.

Prior to this, Nicole held roles as a Learning & Programme Officer and Senior Conference Programme Coordinator at EAIE. In these positions, they focused on developing engaging conference programs and promoting peer-learning and networking opportunities.

In addition to their work at EAIE, Nicole also served as a Board Member (Education Officer) at AC Forum, a not-for-profit association that advances association leadership and congress management. Nicole Kaijser completed their BA (Hons) in Business Studies & Community Enterprise and Music at the University of Liverpool from 2003 to 2006. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including an Instructional Design Certificate Programme from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in 2019, an Advanced TEFL Course from TESOL Teacher training, Language Link International ESOL in 2011, Intermediate Dutch from The University of Manchester Language Centre in May 2010, and a Professional Diploma in Marketing (ACIM) from The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2006.
