Armando Leotta

Armando Leotta is a seasoned cybersecurity expert currently serving as a Senior Cybersecurity Expert at the European Central Bank since September 2018. Concurrently, Armando has been a key member of Banca d'Italia, where Armando leads the CERT team focused on monitoring and responding to cyber threats. Prior experience includes a role as Information System Security Officer at the Ministero dell'Economia e Finanze, where Armando managed security incidents and collaborated with international CERTs. Armando holds a Master II° in Cybersecurity Management from Sapienza Università di Roma and is pursuing a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca. Additional qualifications include certifications in IS Auditing and ISO 27001.
