Brigita Turjak

Brigita Turjak currently serves as a Financial Market Expert at the European Central Bank since October 2021. Prior experience includes over 17 years at the Croatian National Bank, where Brigita held the position of Head of the Payment Systems Division, overseeing the National Service Desk and managing operational tasks in payment systems. Responsibilities included developing methodologies, designing new applications for payment transaction settlements, and supporting the implementation of the SEPA in Croatia. Brigita has a Bachelor's degree in IT from the University of Zagreb and a Master's degree in IT from the University of Applied Sciences Velika Gorica.
