Alyssa Bruijns

Alyssa Bruijns currently serves as the Event and Office Manager at the European Circular Bioeconomy Fund (ECBF) since October 2023. Prior to this role, Alyssa was the Head Archivist and Collections Manager at Whistler Museum & Archives from April 2015 to September 2023, overseeing the appraisal, description, cataloguing, preservation, storage of artefacts, and archival materials, while also curating an online photo gallery and public database. Notable achievements include managing a project for digitizing and exhibiting 35,000 images and fostering numerous partnerships with local organizations. Alyssa's previous experience as a Collections Coordinator in the same museum included supporting collection management and engaging in guest services. Alyssa holds a Master of Library & Information Science from McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Ottawa.
