Constance Victor

Constance Victor is currently a Program Assistant at the European Council on Foreign Relations, focusing on defense and security research related to Russia, the Caucasus, and Central Asia. Constance also works as a Freelance Analyst for Economist Intelligence Unit, specializing in geopolitical analysis of the same regions. Previous experience includes roles as a Communication & Advocacy Intern at ECFR, a Geopolitical Analyst at Bakboka, and internships with the Kosciuszko Institute and Shared Future News. Constance holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution from King's College London and a Master of Science in Political Science from Leiden University, complementing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the same institution.
