An Cazaerck

An Cazaerck has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) since September 1993, where responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, compensation management, and HR strategy advisory. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Policy Advisor, Project Manager, and HR Management Assistant at Soft Drink International, where responsibilities encompassed HR functions and support for international sales. An Cazaerck also worked as a Secretary at Gent Hifi. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Law from Maastricht University, a Post-graduate in HR Strategy from AOG School of Management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Multilingual Secretariat from Provinciaal Handels- en Taalinstituut.
