Emma O'Connell

Emma O'Connell is a dedicated legal professional currently serving as a Research Officer at the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) since January 2023. In this role, Emma contributes to the European Public Procurement hub at EIPA's headquarters in Maastricht, Netherlands, with previous positions as a Research Assistant, Student Assistant, and Research Intern.
