Palemia Field

Palemia Field currently serves as a Citing Commissioner for both European Professional Club Rugby (EPCR) and Rugby Europe. With extensive experience at ABB since 2011, Palemia Field has held various managerial roles, most notably as the Ferries Segment Manager, overseeing the development of sustainable marine technology. This position involves managing the sales lifecycle of ferry projects and collaborating with shipowners and designers. Previous roles include Marketing Communications Manager, Digital Services Program Manager, and Training Manager. Palemia Field also contributes to the Technical Leadership Board of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST). Prior to ABB, experience includes roles at Wärtsilä, Royal Caribbean, Princess Cruises, and the Royal New Zealand Navy, along with significant educational qualifications in engineering and business.
