Abdullah Shehab

Abdullah Shehab serves as Vice President at Gulf Intervention Society since February 2018 and holds multiple academic positions at United Arab Emirates University, including Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor of Medicine since 2005. In addition to being involved with the Emirates Cardiac Society as Secretary General and in several leadership roles, Abdullah Shehab is the Dean of Education at AL Ain University of Science and Technology since 2017 and has been a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at Al Ain Hospital since 2007, where responsibilities include Chairman of the Pharmacy and Therapeutic Committee and Director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program. Abdullah Shehab holds fellowships with several prestigious organizations, including the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions, American College of Cardiology, and European Society of Cardiology. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate of Medicine in Heart Failure and Sudden Death from the University of Dundee, along with various other medical education certifications from the same institution.
