David Sebastiao

David Sebastiao is an experienced IT Project Manager at the European Society of Cardiology since February 2012, previously serving as Responsable technique web and Chef de projet internet at CSOEC from September 2003 to February 2012. Expertise includes web architecture, technical solution selection, and project oversight. David has successfully managed the migration of approximately 50 websites to the Open Source CMS eZPublish and facilitated the creation and deployment of a web solution package for regional councils of expert-accountants. Previous roles also include web developer at INRS and Dell, focusing on intranet site development and application maintenance. David holds a Licence degree in Concepteur intégrateur de système internet and a DUT in Service et réseaux de communication.
