Dicu Florentin

Dicu Florentin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international cooperation and law enforcement training. Currently serving as a Senior Project Officer at the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL) since July 2021, Dicu has previously held significant positions such as SMM at OSCE, Senior International Cooperation Officer at the Ministry of Internal Affairs' General Directorate for European Affairs and International Relations, and Deputy Head Of Operations Department at the European Union Monitoring Mission in Georgia. Dicu's career began at the General Directorate for Intelligence and Internal Protection, and spans roles including Deputy Chief Field Office Gori and monitoring officer within the European Union Monitoring Mission from 2011 to 2016. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Public Administration, International Relations and Affairs from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) and a Bachelor's degree in Law Enforcement Investigation from Academia de Politie Bucuresti.
