Ioannis Stavrou

Ioannis Stavrou is a lecturer at the European University Cyprus since September 2020, previously serving as a postdoctoral researcher and researcher/teaching assistant at the University of Cyprus from January 2015 to September 2020. Prior to this, Ioannis was a young scientist at the University of Cyprus from July 2012 to July 2014, focusing on the use of polysaccharide derivatives as coating materials for chiral separations in open-tubular capillary electrochromatography. Ioannis holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Cyprus (2010-2015) and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Patras (2006-2010).
