Kalpana Bagamane

Kalpana Bagamane is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and talent strategy. Currently serving as Co Director of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Council for Europe at The Conference Board, Kalpana also holds positions as an Advisory Board Member for Bolton Group and an Independent Consultant as an Inclusion, Diversity and Talent Strategist. Previously, Kalpana was the Chief Diversity, Inclusion, and Talent Officer at Kering, where an innovative approach to D&I and talent management was developed. Kalpana has also held significant roles at Russell Reynolds Associates, Young Presidents' Organization, IMD, and Procter & Gamble, showcasing a strong background in leadership, talent acquisition, and executive advisory across diverse industries. Kalpana holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech.
