Cathie-Rosalie JOLY is a PhD-attorney at law specialized in financial services, fintech, payment systems, e-commerce, blockchain, AI, IT, and cybersecurity at Bird & Bird since January 2017. Additionally, Cathie-Rosalie serves as the Country Ambassador and Partner of the Luxembourg Office for the European Women Payments Network (EWPN), a not-for-profit organization aimed at promoting diversity and opportunities for women in the fintech and payments sectors. With a strong academic background that includes a PhD in Private Law focusing on e-commerce and multiple master’s degrees in private and international law, Cathie-Rosalie has also held positions as a Senior Lecturer in Cybersecurity Law at the Université de Montpellier and has significant experience as a partner at ULYS Law Firm.
