Svetlana Hoffmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, management, and leadership roles across various sectors, particularly in the financial technology and payments industries. As Co-Founder of Stealth and an Executive Board Member at the European Women Payments Network (EWPN), Svetlana champions diversity and inclusion in the financial sector. With a long tenure as Managing Director at CAELUM ADVISORS LTD, Svetlana focuses on transformation, innovation, and regulatory changes. Additionally, Svetlana serves as a Non Executive Board Member at Yimba, a multimedia platform enhancing digital wallet experiences. Previous roles include VP Global Business Solutions at Bottomline Technologies and Programme Director at Visa Europe, among others. Svetlana holds an MSc in Organization Science - Management from IEDC - Bled School of Management and a BSc in Economics from the University of Belgrade.
