Michaël de Liege

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, where support is provided for innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since July 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where efforts concentrated on decentralized computing and infrastructure for the energy sector. Micha has held advisory positions at organizations such as the IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io, contributing expertise in decentralization models. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and a Fintech program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
