Ornella Dalmazzo has extensive experience in consulting and administration, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a consultant at D&Asoc. Consultores since January 2009, Ornella has also held key positions such as head of administration at O.S. and consultant for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, focusing on health system strengthening. Previous roles include specialist consultant in acquisitions and human resources for the Ministry of Industry, financial planning consultant for OIM, and operational management assistant for the Ministry of Health. Educational qualifications include a degree in Public Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires and a diploma in Analysis and Management of Health Insurance and Prepaid Medicine from the Instituto Universitario de la 'Fundación ISALUD'.
