Serafino Vignone joined Eurovia British Columbia Inc. (The Eurovia BC Group of Companies) as a Job Cost Accountant in 2000 and has consistently been promoted through Operations Coordinator, Project Estimator, Chief Estimator / Bid Manager to his current role.

Serafino's comprehensive experience is gained through working with the company’s Operations, Equipment, and Asphalt Plant divisions. As Manager of Project Procurement Serafino provides oversight to the Estimating team.
