Richard Hoy

Richard Hoy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction and maintenance sectors, currently serving as the Performance and Digital Systems Manager at Eurovia UK Ltd since April 2010. In this role, Richard oversees a range of functions within the Specialist Surface Treatments Division, focusing on Supply Chain, Standards Compliance, Purchasing, HR & Payroll, and Business ICT systems. Notably, Richard has developed key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhanced digital processes to improve site risk assessments. Prior to this, Richard held positions of Contracts Manager at Eurovia UK Ltd and Contracts Supervisor at Ringway, where responsibilities included managing annual turnovers and leading maintenance activities at airports. Richard's career began as a Graduate Engineer at Ringway, where innovative logistics management was implemented during the graduate scheme. Richard holds a BEng (Hons) in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Surrey, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
