Kimberly Baum has a diverse and extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Kimberly currently serves as Vice President of Spectrum Engineering and Strategy at OneWeb. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Engineer in the Satellite Division of the Federal Communications Commission. Before joining the FCC, they worked as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at EchoStar Corporation.
