Kimberly Baum

Kimberly Baum has a diverse and extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Kimberly currently serves as Vice President of Spectrum Engineering and Strategy at OneWeb. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Engineer in the Satellite Division of the Federal Communications Commission. Before joining the FCC, they worked as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at EchoStar Corporation.

Kimberly has also held various leadership roles at SES Satellites and SES Americom, Inc. These roles include Vice President of Spectrum Management & Development Americas and Director of Spectrum Development and Policy. Kimberly has been responsible for identifying and acquiring new spectrum, defining and executing spectrum strategies, and leading company-wide preparations for major worldwide conferences.

Earlier in their career, Kimberly served in managerial positions at Motorola, Inc., ASTROLINK International LLC, and the Federal Communications Commission. Kimberly'sresponsibilities included developing company strategies, preparing regulatory documents, participating in industry groups, and representing the US in international conferences.
