Patrick Naulleau

Patrick Naulleau has a long history of work experience. Patrick began their career in 1997 as the Director of The Center for X-ray Optics (CXRO) at Berkeley Lab. In 2005, they became an Associate Professor at the University at Albany, SUNY. Most recently, in 2022, they became the CEO of EUV Tech.

Patrick Naulleau obtained their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1991. Patrick then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology, which they completed in 1993. Following that, they earned their PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1997.
