Dan Weston

Vice President- Global Customer Solutions at EV Cargo

Dan Weston has extensive work experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. Dan started their career at Damco UK in 2005, where they worked as a Supply Chain Development Analyst, collaborating with retailers to optimize their supply chains. Dan then progressed to become a Key Account Manager and later a Senior Key Account Manager.

In 2012, Dan joined EV Cargo, starting as a Senior Supply Chain Solutions Manager and later becoming a Senior Divisional Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and supporting the company's supply chain visibility system and managing key retail accounts. Dan also led projects related to ethical trade.

Dan's career at EV Cargo continued to advance, and they then assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer (Europe), overseeing customer support, account management, project delivery, and business development across Europe. As a member of the global leadership team, they had specific responsibilities for customer experience, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and the insurance vertical.

Later, Dan became a Divisional Director at EV Cargo, before taking on the role of Vice President - Global Network. Most recently, they have been serving as Vice President - Global Customer Solutions, responsible for developing and managing customer solutions on a global scale.

Dan Weston received a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Global Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2016 to 2018. Dan also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Business Economics from Lancaster University from 1999 to 2002.
