Muriel Potherat

Muriel Potherat has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Muriel is currently the Head Of Legal at EV Cargo since November 2019. Prior to this role, they worked at KellyDeli from April 2014 to November 2019, serving as the General Counsel and later as the Senior Legal Counsel. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as the Legal Counsel Developing Countries at Reckitt Benckiser. Before that, they were the Legal Counsel France at Alcoa from 2006 to 2008. Muriel also gained experience as an In House Lawyer at Mondelēz International from 2002 to 2006. Muriel started their career as a Legal Trainee at Dickenson, Peatman & Fogarty in 2001, and later as a Legal Trainee at Kavanagh Maloney and Osnato LLP in 2000. Their first role as a Legal Trainee was at Philip Morris International from 1999 to 2000.

Muriel Potherat obtained a Maitrise degree in Business Law from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, from 1995 to 1999. Muriel then pursued a DEA (equivalent LLM) in Business Law from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL in the years 1999-2000. In 2010 to 2012, they completed their Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Middle Eastern Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
