Patrick MacDonald-King

Patrick Macdonald-King is an innovator in transformative SaaS platforms and technologies, with extensive deal-making, strategic planning, and tactical management experience in enterprise software and software-enabled services. Prior to joining EV Connect, he led capital raise and roll-up of 3 companies, including his own, to form DAX, a SaaS asset management and cloud workflow application. As a Founder and CEO of DAX (acquired by Prime Focus (XBOM: 532748) in 2014), he led the company from ideation to the most widely used production and media asset management workflow application in the world. He serves on several advisory boards, including Black Dragon Capital, Hyperion Media Group, and Spinoff VC. He holds a Bachelor in Economics from Western University.
