Amiya Krishna Upadhyay

Amiya Krishna Upadhyay is an Associate in General Corporate and M&A at EVA Law, having started in August 2023. Prior experience includes a comprehensive academic career at National Law University Odisha from July 2018 to July 2023, culminating in a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). Amiya has also gained practical exposure through various internships at prestigious law firms, including Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, L&L Partners, Khaitan & Co, IndusLaw, Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan, Chandhiok & Mahajan, Advocates and Solicitors, and Wadhwa Law Chambers, alongside an internship at the Competition Commission of India.
